General objectives
- Prepare a digital publication (“Red Book”) containing the strategic objectives of the CFBV, its goals, activities, products, results and expected impacts.
Specific Objetives
- Relate international experiences and successful methodologies for service management and measurement.
- To diagnose the existence of public structures for the direct provision of the service.
- Design a methodology for measuring the social value and economic cost of the volunteer fire service.
