Formulation of the Institutional Strategic Plan to 2030 of the House of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and the South Atlantic Islands
General Objetives
- Develop tools and provide technical support to implement and monitor a medium-term results-oriented strategic planning process that guides institutional management and the annual allocation of resources.
Specific Objetives
- Institutionalize a multi-year dynamic of strategic planning through specific internal regulations.
- Train management and technical staff in results-based planning methodologies and their integration with the budget.
- To diagnose the institutional production, processes and capabilities of the House from a strategic and multi-year perspective.
- Formulate an Institutional Strategic Plan (ISP) to 2030, with indicators, goals and explicit links with the budget.
- Present the PEI 2030 and its programmatic budget structure to the authorities and teams of the provincial house
