Formulation of the Institutional Strategic Plan (ISP) 2023-2027
General Objetives
- To design and implement management tools that strengthen the institutional sustainability of the Legislative Branch of the Province of Jujuy, improving its capacity for planning, organization, resource allocation and results monitoring in the medium and long term.
Specific Objetives
- Conduct theoretical and practical workshops on results-oriented public management, strategic planning, results-oriented budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation of public performance.
- Develop strategic planning tools that allow defining institutional priorities and medium-term objectives aligned with the legislative mandate.
- Design management tools that optimize internal processes, coordination between areas, and the efficient use of human, financial, and material resources.
- Incorporate monitoring and evaluation mechanisms that facilitate the tracking of results, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making.
