Design, monitoring and evaluation of the Institutional Strategic Plan
General Objetives
- Contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation of the policies, programs and projects of the Ministry of Human Development and Habitat (MDHyH) through the provision of evidence-based technical inputs.
Specific Objetives
- To make available reliable quantitative and qualitative information for the preparation of the Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI 2024-2027).
- To create a comprehensive baseline on the dimensions of human development and habitat in the City of Buenos Aires.
- Measure the performance of the MDHyH management through indicators that allow analysis of the components of its public value chain.
- Reflect the priorities of the plans and projects in the programmatic structure of the institutional budget.
- Optimize the communication reach of the MDHyH in its target population.
- To carry out the monitoring and tracking of key variables for public management.
