Formulation of the Institutional Strategic Plan (ISP) 2023-2027
General Objetives
- Strengthening the strategic, operational and budgetary capacity of the Ombudsman’s Office of Río Negro through the participatory and evidence-based formulation of the Institutional Strategic Plan (ISP) 2023-2027, aimed at improving the planning, monitoring and effectiveness of its management.
Specific Objetives
- Prepare a situational diagnosis on the CPDP 2019-2022.
- Develop a strategic monitoring matrix CPDP 2023-2027.
- Identify and strengthen budget coordination mechanisms.
- Draft the Strategic Plan 2023-2027.
