Design and delivery of the Strategic Planning Training Program through the IPAP Educational Platform
General Objetives
- Implement a virtual training proposal aimed at provincial public officials with the purpose of supporting the application of a provincial strategic planning system.
Specific Objetives
- Understanding the foundations and scope of results-based management as a development-oriented public administration model
- Identify the substantive components of the public policy management cycle and the tools available to improve its articulation.
- Strengthen knowledge about strategic planning, public budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation of public performance.
- Recognize the main regional challenges and best practices for the implementation of the results-oriented management methodology.
- Apply the results-oriented management methodology to the resolution of practical cases related to specific provincial problems.
