Strategic planning for Sustainable Development
General Objetives
- Develop an Institutional Strategic Plan (ISP) that defines medium-term objectives and strategies to generate results in accordance with its social purpose and in line with the Objectives of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Specific Objetives
- Strengthen the institution’s organizational and operational capacities to implement strategic planning mechanisms linked to budget formulation and operational work within a results-oriented management framework.
- Incorporate into the prospective design of the organization and institutional management the best technical-academic practices and lessons learned from successful comparative experiences applicable to civil society organizations.
- Encourage the participation of different areas and levels of the organization in the formulation of the PEI, as well as key stakeholders.
- To facilitate access to and understanding of the PEI for all stakeholders within the organization, by presenting it in a format and style appropriate to account for the content, method, and formulation processes in a comprehensive and transparent manner.
