Formulation of an Institutional Strategy for the State Prosecutor’s Office of the province of Río Negro
General Objetives
- To provide the State Prosecutor’s Office with the necessary tools, methodologies and technical support to institutionalize, implement and monitor a sequential strategic planning process that results in the identification of medium-term outcomes from which to guide institutional production and the distribution of annual resources.
Specific Objetives
- Institutionalize a multi-year strategic planning dynamic and support its implementation with an initial executive training session.
- Conduct a situational analysis of the public output of the State Prosecutor’s Office and the results achieved in the period 2020-2023.
- Formulate an institutional strategy for the period 2024-2027 that is results-oriented and supported by a set of monitoring indicators.
- Publish the diagnosis and strategy in digital and print versions to ensure transparency and accountability to the public. Assist in medium-term planning based on international standards.
- Prepare a programmatic diagnosis on the dynamics of provincial planning for development.
